The Prana app, which seamlessly integrates with the Prana wearable device available at www.prana.co, focuses on two crucial aspects of wellness: breathing and posture. These elements are foundational to mindfulness and meditation practices.

With real-time sensor feedback, Prana is designed to monitor both breathing and posture together, offering a unique approach to health optimization. Additionally, it features sensors capable of recording 14 distinct body measurements for those interested in fitness tracking.

Breathing Training

The significance of breath cannot be overstated; it plays a vital role in overall wellness. Engaging in specific breathing exercises can mitigate stress and anxiety, fostering relaxation and enhancing sleep quality, focus, and energy levels. Prana transforms breathwork by making it interactive and enjoyable, facilitating easier integration into daily routines. Users can engage in training sessions as brief as one minute.

Offering over 80 diverse breathing exercises drawn from both ancient traditions and contemporary methods, Prana utilizes live sensor feedback to guide users through each exercise effectively. The system also adeptly facilitates diaphragmatic breathing training.

Posture Training

Complementing its breathing training capabilities, Prana also addresses complete back posture. It uniquely trains both the lower and upper back while providing real-time feedback. Maintaining good posture not only supports effective breathing but also enhances core strength and overall appearance.

Gamified Visual Training

This feature offers an engaging method for performing breathing exercises. Any slouching temporarily halts the animated character's movement.

Buzzer Training

This option allows individuals to close their eyes while following a gentle buzzer that cues when to inhale, exhale, and hold. Accompanied by live sensor feedback for each breath and posture, this mode is particularly beneficial for meditation and mindfulness practices.

Track Your Breathing and Posture

Apart from primary training modes, Prana can monitor breathing and posture in the background during other activities. It can detect:
